Bond University - $4.5 million federal government funding boost for Bond
Prime Minister John Howard recently announced an injection of $4.5 million for Bond University's Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine building.

Mr. Howard announced the pledge while officially opening the building and acknowledged the contribution that Bond is playing in grooming graduates for the Health sector.
"The contribution of a university such as Bond, a place of innovation and difference, brings a new dimension to tertiary education in this country, he said.

"The new medical program provides a first class environment for the training of medical professionals and is an important solution to addressing our health workforce needs".
